Which countries do your candidates come from?
We are based in Colombia and recruit across Latin America, including Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Peru.
How quickly can we see candidates?
For most roles, we share a first shortlist within 1–2 weeks of the discovery call.
Do you only recruit for tech roles?
No. We place both technical and non-technical professionals, from engineers to marketers, interpreters and support specialists.
What happens if a hire doesn’t work out?
Our placements include a replacement guarantee period. If the hire leaves early, we find a replacement at no extra fee.
Who handles contracts and payroll?
You hire directly, as an employee or contractor. We can recommend payroll and employer-of-record partners if you need them.
